By using RankRaja you agree to these terms.

The service

RankRaja is a paid directory. You pay to place a listing and to rank it by total amount paid. A listing is advertising. It is not an endorsement, certification or verification of any brand.

Payments

Payments are in Indian rupees through Razorpay. All payments are final and non-refundable. See the refund policy. Prices shown are the amount you pay.

These terms apply to every customer, whatever their country. Card payments from outside India are charged in Indian rupees, and your bank may add its own currency conversion fees. If you have a problem with a payment, please contact us first so we can fix it quickly.

Rankings

Rankings change as others pay. We do not guarantee any rank, duration of rank, traffic or sales. Your rank at any moment depends on what others have paid.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you have the right to list the link you submit and that your content is truthful and lawful. You follow the rules. You keep your edit link secret and are responsible for changes made with it.

Logos and images

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every logo and image you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break the law. You give us a free licence to store, resize and display it on this site for as long as your listing is live. You are responsible for any claim that arises from it. We do not review images in advance and may remove any image or hide the listing at any time, without refund.

Deleting your listing

You can delete your listing at any time from its edit page. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone: the page, logo, rank and total paid are erased. No payment is refunded, including for a listing you delete. If you list the same link again you start from zero. We keep payment records as required by law.

Our rights

We may hide, edit or remove listings and categories that break the rules or the law, or that put users at risk, without refund. We may change the site, its categories and these terms. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or the content of listed websites. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the listing concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kerala have jurisdiction.
