Privacy policy

RankRaja ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Listing details: brand name, link, category, tagline and description. These are public.
• Logo image: if you upload one. It is resized, stored with our storage provider (Supabase) and shown publicly on your brand page and the leaderboard. Do not upload images containing personal information.
• Email address: used for payment confirmation and your edit link. It is never shown publicly.
• Payment records: amount, date, order and payment IDs. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details.
• Basic technical data: IP address and request logs for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

• To show your listing and calculate rankings.
• To confirm payments and let you edit your page.
• To prevent fraud and abuse and to meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We share data only with Razorpay (payments) and our hosting providers, who process it on our behalf. We do not sell your data. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

Public listing details stay while the listing is active. If you delete your listing, its public page, logo and details are erased permanently (search engines may keep cached copies for a while). Payment records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal compliance.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data (such as your email) by writing to support@rankraja.in. Public listing details can be edited from your edit link. Payment records may be retained where the law requires it.

Cookies

We use only the cookies strictly needed to run the site and the payment window.
