Refund and cancellation policy

All payments on RankRaja are final and non-refundable. This applies to every ranking payment, top-up and category fee, in full, for any reason.

Why

A ranking payment buys immediate, visible placement on a public leaderboard. Once your payment is confirmed, your listing goes live and your rank is applied to the board. This cannot be undone.

What this means

• No refunds if you change your mind, pay the wrong amount or are outranked later.
• No refunds if you change category or edit your listing.
• No refunds for a removed listing that broke our rules.
• No refunds if you delete your listing. Deleting is permanent: your page, logo, rank and total are erased and cannot be restored, and nothing you paid is returned.
• No refunds if your logo or image is removed, or your listing is hidden, because it broke our rules.
• No refunds for the ₹500 separate category fee once the category is created.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money was debited from your account but your listing did not update, or you were charged twice for the same order because of a technical fault, contact us at support@rankraja.in with your payment reference within 7 days. We will fix the listing or return the duplicate amount to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to reflect it.

You must tick a confirmation at checkout that you understand payments are non-refundable. Please check your amount and link carefully.
